Hello everyone,

It seems that it's been a while since I've updated this deviantart account, hasn't it? It's good to be back though, as I've missed being here! ^_^ At the same time, however, I haven't been a complete stranger to deviantart itself. I still regularly post my anime related works on my other deviantart account:

But once again, it has been quite a while since I have produced a piece more along the lines of the work posted on this site. And yet, I hope to change that, slowly, but surely, beginning with the newest piece that I have painted, "Sirenia Revised!"

In a manner of speaking, this piece served as an experiment for me, a way for me to see if I was even still capable of painting in this form. Though I had my reservations at first, I would like to believe that I haven't lost my touch, and if that IS the case, then perhaps I can attempt other works like this. Though, much more challenging the works on my other account, I can also say that I am struck with a greater sense of accomplishment when creating these sorts of paintings. Though I don't quite know where this is leading me, exactly, it is my hope that I will soon find my way in the art world, or more specifically, figuring out where my art belongs in that world.

Anyhow, be sure to keep an eye out everyone! I suppose we'll all see, (myself included) where these experiments take me. ^_^

In addition to that, I also wanted to report that I will once again be attending the anime convention of Otakon this summer, in Baltimore Maryland.
